The voice of final score
Before Christmas I had the privilege to interview James Alexander Gordon, voice of the classified footballs scores for over 35 years on the BBC, first on Radio 2 and now Radio 5 live. A very charming man indeed, full of fantastic tales from his time in the music industry and broadcasting. Unfortunately I didn't get most of the music business stuff on tape and my tape got lost before I could do the final edit, so the interview below is essentially the best bits I could round up from what I had available.
